Debbie - Another word for genius is a four letter word - "Rick" !  Your advise for dragging music to playlists by using the touchpad-what can I say-precise and was so easy to adapt.  It was working on my first try!  Many, many thanks.  You saved me countless frustrations and money, so I can now buy from your site, exclusively!  Why can"t Dell just pay you to resolve computer issues, instead of a far-away Pakistan representative, (no disrespect) who you can't understand, or on-line chat, giving an essay before answering the question which, inevitably, still does not solve the issue ?!!  Sorry about the caps-I always use them- much easier than shifting, mainly because I am not a typist and it's the lazy way out.  I will, in the future, show computer edicate, because YOU told me to-and I believe in you.  I tried to use the Control A key but I screwed up, so I am sending you this sincere thanks and gratitude through e-mail, hoping that you can transfer it to your testimonial board.    Again, thanks, and you are the "greatest" !

Lost in Delaware - Hey, this guy is great. He knows his stuff and he wont quit until he gets it right. He even fixed my wireless router hookup for Windows 98! And just to be a nice guy, he fixed my startup routine and Antivirus stuff. Wow -- if computer companies even had customer service, this is what it ought to look like! (note: local client, did onsite computer work)

Dona S. - My new memory came today from Crucial. ...I did exactly what you said-taking my time, following all the directions (first time I ever had my case off) and put in the two new modules of memory and removing my old module.
